This in office position is for the person who is seasoned with 2-3 years of experience in technical customer support/service and who has later held the position of supervisor or manager of technical customer support/service or like position.
The ideal candidate has experience in multiple software platforms and areas of support including but not limited to technical support, billing and scheduling and supporting your teams.
An IT technical background along with a support background is highly preferred.
Education:
Required Degree in IT Or a degree in Business with experience in IT
Experience:
Required Applicable Experience in IT in a Call Center environment Required Background with applicable IT network experience Including above:
Performed technical support in another capacity is preferred Required 1-2 years:
